"This is my beloved son."

By Ken G. Cooper

“This is my beloved Son

In whom I AM well pleased.”

These the words of God Divine

Which those there all perceived.

Jesus: the Way, the Truth, the Life, -
Our teacher and our guide:
He made the Christ so very clear, -
As ever by our side.

So let me too be washed right through,
In glory showing all Thou art:
You are my Dad, I worship Thee,
And as Thy son, must play my part.

So I kneel in sweet surrender,
Your Life is mine, to be as one,
In worship, pure reflect the Christ,
And joyfully be your loved son.

Then let me stand upon the mount
And share with others You my God,
The shining radiance of Soul,
In Jesus’ footsteps fully trod.

Father-Mother lead me forth
To drop false self, all mortal quest.
Hear Your words say lovingly:
“BELOVED, YOU ARE ME EXPRESSED."

And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.
And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.

Meditation/Resurrection

As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread. 12 Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord. — John 21, 9, 12, KJ

His gloom had passed into glory, and his disciples’ grief into repentance, — hearts chastened and pride rebuked. ... Discerning Christ, Truth, anew on the shore of time, they were enabled to rise somewhat from mortal sensuousness, or the burial of mind in matter, into newness of life as Spirit. — Eddy

Eternal Life is revealing our immaculate, time-age-free, and perennially whole entities. Every glimpse of our superb Soul-entities resurrects us out of the tomb-like environment of mortal delusions — decrepitude, miseries, traumas, despair, fright, sicknesses, depressions and failure. Love-Life is feeding us with newness, beauty, vitality and joy.

Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God

By Coreen R. Walson

We are asked to overlook the false appearances introduced through physical sense testimony, because right where sin and it’s formations boast themselves, we are taught of Jesus that the Kingdom of Heaven is right there, “at hand”. We live and move and have our being in Him, God.
Yet we don’t experience this infinite goodness because our fears and judgments are the ego’s defense from experiencing this Kingdom right here and now. We cannot experience Omnipresent God while running this line of defense against God.

Our Brother is the Christ. He is One with the Father as you are also. Are you not experiencing and seeing this everywhere? We cannot see the Christ right where are Brother stands while we entertain fears and judgments against him. Jesus looked right past all false appearances and tells us how we can do this too, indeed must.

Jesus commanded that we WILL see the Truth, God, only when we are pure in heart. It is not enough simply to intellectually understand that Reality is behind all false appearances. We must STRIVE to enter into the Kingdom, we must desire it MORE than we want the experience of orphan hood from the Father and our Brother.

Jesus tells us that in order to see beyond the illusion of separation is to be pure in heart. What is this purity?

Purity is defined as free from contamination or mixture.

This translates into having a heart or love that is free from mixture, uncontaminated by ego thought and fears. It is the Perfect Love that Jesus tells us casts out fear. If fear is the foundation to all our problems, how important, no, crucial is it to desire this purity of heart above all else?

The good news is that this Purity is our native state, it is what we are already, we are the image and likeness, the offspring and children of Divine Love itself. We are not required to attain this purity but only to remove all the fearful, false beliefs we tried to add to ourselves in order to hide our purity from our awareness.

As we refuse the false testimony of material sense regardless of the form, recognizing that it is all the same because serving the same purpose, we turn to Holy Spirit and/or Jesus and ask that the Kingdom of Heaven be revealed to us instead.

We are promised that in proportion to our DESIRE for the Kingdom of Heaven, we are purified from the mixture of fear and Love. We will consistently choose to see, do, speak and extend with Holy Spirit. In this purity we WILL see God and His Creation, right here, at hand, where it eternally is.

There is only One Truth

By Anthony J. Whitehouse, CS

As I was praying this morning, this angel come before me and said:

"There is only One Truth... A good God and a perfect creation."

And then added, “So why are you trying to heal a material situation rather than knowing there is only One Truth?" The fact that there is only one Truth requires that you contemplate the One Truth rather than concerning yourself with the material fable.

The One Truth excludes the advent or substance of error. The great mistake mortals make is in wondering about how to eliminate error and why it exists, when the mantra of there being only One Truth, eliminates such speculation.

There is only ONE TRUTH... and the acknowledgment of this fact dissipates completely the pretensions of error which hold there are two creations. Error has no standing when we understand there is only One Truth.

let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.
(Rom. 3:4)

When you realise there is only One Truth, you can leave the specifics of error’s elimination to Him.

Faithfulness/Healing

Through the magnitude of his human life, he demonstrated the divine Life. Out of the amplitude of his pure affection, he defined Love. With the affluence of Truth, he vanquished error. The world acknowledged not his righteousness, seeing it not; but earth received the harmony his glorified example introduced. — Eddy

Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness. — I Chron. 16:29, KJ

Soul-Perfection has suffused our matter-transcendent entities with its uncontainable health-magnitude, love-amplitude, affluence, pulchritude, purity and intelligence. An increasing apprehension of the glory of our oneness with Soul transforms and liberates our circumstances.

Treatment Ideas for January 1, 2020

By Julio C. Rivas, CS

When we fully understand our relation to the Divine, 1 we can have no other Mind but His, — no other Love, wisdom, or Truth, no other sense of Life, and no consciousness of the existence of matter or error. — Eddy

Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour. — Matt. 15:28, KJ

Eternal Truth-Love is imparting wholeness to us, and thereby answering our deepest yearnings. Our inner divinity exudes Love’s wisdom and omnipotence, thereby bringing forth our inward Love-excellence, and excising grievous impositions.

The Woman of Caanan

By Ken G. Cooper

Matthew 15:21-28

My child is ill, what can I do
Physicians fail and I feel lost.
My heart is heaving, her eyes sad,
In motherhood there is such cost.

I reach out deep in prayer to God
To guide my frightened thought to peace:
“A man called Jesus he is near
With him you will find sure release.”

I want to bring my child with me
But she’s too ill to leave her bed:
A dear friend says that she will stay,
To “Go find Jesus, heal your dread”.

So God did guide my way to him.
For Jesus stood out from this crowd,
I thanked my God, and took this risk:
A gentile woman shouting loud!

“Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.”

I know he heard my frantic plea,
But he did not respond at all!
His disciples were no better,
Were annoyed by my constant call!

They sought the Lord to send me back,
They just did not want to know,
My urging and request he knew,
His message seemed that I should go!

“I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”

A cold rebuff, was this a test?
My need was great, he must sure see!
I went up close and begged again,
With tears I cried “Oh Lord help me!”

“It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.”

I heard his words, yet felt his love,
And list’ning, love did guide my thought:
The challenge still to try me more:
So! strong determination fought!

“Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.”

“O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt.”

And with his love I knew right then
That just one crumb of Truth does heal;
That what he spake came straight from God!
Her devil’s illness never real!

When I returned, my home in sight,
My daughter ran and fast met me!
In love we cuddled Oh so tight!
In Love, lives changed completely.
